No full time regular male doctors. All males are residency and constantly changing. Specifically requested a male doctor, and the residency doctor brought a female student in with him. Specifically requested certain blood work and he never entered the lab order. Trying to get ahold of a nurse to ask a question? Good luck. Terrible phone service! Poor in person service here! Dr. Curtis works one day a week. What doctor works one day a week? Also, this cardiologist doesn't even examine you, a PA does. Why is this doctor making big money that doesn't even examine you? Will be looking elsewhere! Any suggestions on a good cardiologist with good service?
The black lady at the FD for checking in is so very nasty and rude. She doesn’t know how to talk to people, totally unprofessional. How come she still work here. So many complain Against her. Doesn't wanna see this nasty face anymore. Trying to find new primary care doctors
The lady at the FD for checking in is so very nasty I was a few minutes late for my appointment she was checking someone in for 10 minutes then got to me she claimed she didn't see me standing in line then told me I had to reschedule she then proceeded to tell me I no showed my last appointment I tried explaining that I wS really at and tried calling she rolled her eyes at me I am transferring care there is no parking you gotta park 2 blocks away and walk and they act like they can't understand that I have been with them sin... read more
I went there as a new patient and as soon as I left the building I was looking for a different primary immediately. They are very unprofessional and you don’t meet with the doctor you meet the nurse they don’t care . The PA don’t even listen to your problems that your voicing to her . The front desk is rude . I do not recommend this place for a new primary at all . They all are young and do not care
