I’ve been in pain for days and went to MUSC East Cooper for follow-up and was prescribed medication. I was told that the medication would be immediately sent to the pharmacy. After 4 calls to the doctors office and 24 hours, the pharmacy has still not received the prescription. I’m incredibly disappointed in a doctors office that comes so highly recommended. I hope that I’m the rare incident when the office staff lets down a patient. I’ll sit in pain until the nurses are ready to call in my prescription.
