We chose this hotel based on 2 things: the room & parking discount for families with a patient at UW Medical + access to the free UW Shuttle that runs M-F with a pickup just across the street from Stay Pineapple. Our daughter was in a precarious position at the hospital as she was awaiting a liver transplant. We didn’t know how long she would be there so we booked our room for 2-3 days at a time and kept extending it. Very much loved my stay here! All staff that I interacted with were very nice & helpful. I loved all the touches of the hotel in general, the theme is A1 & cute. I loved the room set up and that it comes with some cozy robes as well as a complimentary water bottle which can be refilled downstairs with your choice of still or sparkling! Only issue was that there were some marks on one of the bedding covers, other than that I definitely can't complain. We stayed here for a weeklong vacation and it was WONDERFUL. I had told staff before we checked in that my autistic son was here on vacation to see his hyper fixation interest, ocean animals. When we checked in, the staff had printed out ocean animal pictures and put them all over the room, and left sheets of stickers of ocean animals for him on the desk. Such a sweet attention to detail.
