I became sick the night before my appointment, I have been calling since 5:30 am to inform them I will not be in to my 6:45 appointment which they wanted me to show up at 6:30 am. I thought surely at 7am they have staff available but as I finally got connected the line just hung up when previously I reached a voicemail(which they warn is unmonitored btw). I will be rescheduling my appointment elsewhere.
The after hours receptionist is terrible. Rude. Didn't even look up from her desk. Gave me an attitude when I asked about the after hours entrance. I was 5 minutes late so they took the next appointment in. Made me wait an hour. NOT IMPRESSED
