Call and spoke to a male today who was combative on the phone, and more concerned about having the appropriate sarcastic answer for questions I was asking instead of finding a solution for the issue I was raising. This housing office is the absolute worst. With all of the kids accepted by the university, how come they cannot adequately house the students they owe this responsibility to? Doesn’t respond to emails, never anyone available to talk, and doesn’t give a shit about their on campus housing students.
This is ridiculous I applied for housing for Fall 2024/Spring 2025 plus I HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS but they decided not to care and put me on the waiting list all because of the useless unprofessional unfair lottery system
