Place sucks waited 6 hours for whoever tells me I don't know what to do go to the ER they just wanted my money fluck that place
The receptionist's attitude was unhelpful and lacking in empathy. Despite being only 5 minutes late to my appointment due to highway construction, I was informed that there was no grace period, and my appointment was canceled and marked as a no show. This experience was highly inconvenient and demonstrated a lack of consideration.
I was very disappointed with our visit today at the urgent care. We had a 915 appointment and it took them 45 minutes to get us in even though we were there early and had all of our paperwork filled out online beforehand. Then, once we got back into the examination room, the nurse administered a strep test to my son, and we had the results back in five minutes. Today was the first time I have been to urgent care UHC and everyone was polite and friendly. I was very happy to see such positive people my visit was great any one that go there will see and hear the positive energy. Love It
