All I was trying to do is find out if they have a lab and what hours it's open. The phone system is awful. First I was routed to one of those automated "how can I help you" robots, and I tried saying lab hours and hours of operation. Then it transferred me to some random operator not even on the same campus, then she transferred me to another operator not on the campus, then she transferred me to some lab services (not even sure it was the right one) who put me on hold, and I was done by then.
