Was a lengthy wait, but Megan was the best! Very thorough. Asked and answered many questions. Very knowledgeable. Confident she helped me with my illness. Wish she were my family doctor!
Explain my concerns to medical assistant taking notes. Get examined by PA student. Actual PA comes in to give me a handout for a no/low cost clinic because the dickhead assumed homeless people don’t have insurance. I have Medicaid, it’s listed in my chart, but okay buddy. Glad I walked 2 miles here for this treatment. I’ll just go die from my upper respiratory infection.
I went there yesterday. It had closed at 1:30 pm! Due to staffing issues! I was very upset. This is the second time this has happened to me with UH. Last time, I went all the way to Kettering and it was closed due to staffing. I had to go to a competitor both times. Do not advertise if you cannot staff. I tried doing virtual first, but it said I had to be seen in person 😠
I seen Morgan today after two times at another urgent care with no results and she was so helpful and listened to my issues. Will definitely come back to her next time I need an urgent care!
