If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in just needing a quick check of my daughters wrist for tendinitis. Waited 1 hour before the doctor even came into the room. He went to write her a prescription and did not return for another 45 minutes. I will NEVER use this service again!! I always used the Express Care for Cleveland Clinic and was in and out in 20 minutes. It would have been faster for me to drive to the Express Care in Ashtabula and get home at a reasonable hour. Come here if you want to be treated like a drug addict. If you get the older female doctor who has a fake face just leave. She is by far the rudest and most condescending doctor I have ever had.
I went in to Urgent Care for ear issues I was having. Evidently the doctor covers not only the Urgent Care patients, but also the emergency patients. So there was a wait time involved, but I was only there for about 90 minutes. Compared to the bigger hospitals in Erie, Youngstown, or Cleveland, I'm not at all complaining about that for a Saturday. In and out in less than an hour, including x-rays. Staff was very pleasant and explained everything they were going to do. Doctor was knowledgeable and gave advice with a caring attitude. Would recommend Conneaut Urgent Care!
