Avoid this hospital at all costs. They are unorganized and unprofessional. No one in the office has a clue what is going on and their communication skills are non-existent. Employees act like they are running a prison and you are their inmates. No one there can clearly answer questions either. What a huge waste of my time!!!! I wouldn't go there if you are looking for well managed care.
I've only been there as a patient once and did not have a good experience. Now I go to the Cleveland Clinic and could not be happier. I am writing this because an elderly lady I know has been going here to UH Portage for years. Yesterday she almost fell on the way into the building because the snow and ice had not been cleared from the ramp. Do better, UH.

Doctor Jennifer Carrol is amazing, that being said not sure if you can get your bloodwork done somewhere else but I would highly recommend it the lady we had to do bloodwork on my girlfriend was rude and had no personality very short and must have been having a bad day cause she was sure taking it out on us in fact the whole bloodwork team seemed very annoyed at the fact that they have a job to do and people to help if you dont wanna deal with people why get a job where your working with people in there time of need! Everyone there was beyond nice and helpful. They took great care of me and Patrick listened to everything I had to say. They were quick and efficient. Highly recommend!
