Walked in for my appointment to be told the physician is running over 50 minutes behind. You can not make a timely appointment or same day sick appointment. There is no point in having a dedicated PCP when the office will refer you to urgent care for your medical needs.

The doctor placed me in the lab nobody came to draw my blood guess my blood work wasn't that important. Flatout neglected they're going to charge my insurance and there's no repercussion for them. It's just sad I beg you not to bring anybody you care about here. They won't care about you. I was told when I was passed by several people that they were going to come they never came I am not sitting there for another hour waiting
Their office me 1 hour before to cancel appointment that I scheduled 3 weeks ago. They decide to inform me then that they didn't take my insurance. I picked this medical facility because of the location and the fact that the website said they do take my insurance. University hospital takes my insurance but their office doesn't is what she informed me. I guess I'll send them a bill for not canceling my appointment 24 hours in advance!
