Rainbows saved my life at 12 years old. I’m still alive today. Please know this hospital is one of the best for children with complex medical conditions
Terrible valet.
I would not take my kids here again, we have had good doctors and nurses on the surgery team, but they are clearly too understaffed and pushing their nurses harder than they can handle. However the real reason for the 1 star review is the nasty state of the room, including flies, in addition to how rude everyone outside of the medical staff is. All paperwork given for how to make your stay in the hospital more comfortable is outdated, and when you try to order food you are going to get talked down too.
I had two childbirths at this hospital, one in 2021, and the other in 2022. Both times I had the very best care from all of the drs and nurses. They were kind, attentive, patient, supportive, and comforting. I was induced my first time and the process was seamless and the most pleasant experience I could ever dream of. With my second, I arrived there 7cm dilated and they took extra precautions with my platelet levels and were able to give me something for my contractions. I have been a patient multiple times the most recent time I was a kid/PEDs patient it took more than 15 times to get an IV started. Along with that I had to use the bathroom while I was hooked up to ECG machines and I pressed the call button multiple times and the nurses got so mad at me and took they're sweet time to get to me by then I had pooped my pants. Overall I would not recommend going here I know someone else who took they're kid for pneumonia and they didn't even give a chest xray or CT they just said its a cold.
