If I could give 0 I would, Sat for 3 hours in excruciating pain after a surgery two weeks prior. Ask me what my pain is on a scale of 1-10 and then let me suffer for 3 hours in and out of waiting room. Then doctor was going to discharge me with a med for the pain and forgot and now I'm told they can't do anything because it's not in the chart. Worst ER I have ever been to!
Absolutely Unacceptable Experience at University Hospitals Emergency Room I truly cannot believe the level of neglect, disorganization, and overall indifference I experienced at University Hospitals Emergency Room. I came here for what should have been relatively straightforward — a CT scan and some blood work. They are absolutely awful. They treat people like prisoners. They literally confine you to a bed in a jail cell like room. Shameful.
We had a good experience at this ER. Mom passed that night through no fault of theirs at all. She received the utmost care and consideration. We were treated with respect and compassion. The doctors and nurses were wonderful. Special shout out to Kenya.
Awful place. The ED manager is unprofessional. Getting her hair braided at the nurses station. Then came to talk to us about a complaint, with her fresh new do, and couldn’t be bothered to listen to my complaint about my mothers care. Laughed in our faces and walked out. Update: was here again with a parent a few weeks ago. Again, the managers were getting their hair done, wearing t-shirts and hoodies…. Looked so unprofessional.
