They were rude and harassing me and asking me weird questions next time I’m Going to try point I came in for having side pain and chest pain and shortness of breath
My mother went in when she slipped and fell on the ice. She was in a lot of pain and fractured her ribs. The nurse said she would be back with pain medication and never came back then gave her another patient’s paperwork. My mother told her it wasn’t her paperwork and they just peeled the label off of the other patients name and sent her on her way. This is unacceptable and no human should be treated like this totally unprofessional and I’m sure this violates the hippa policy. I have tried to get a hold of human resource but... read more
