Took baby to lab for blood work. Experience was terrible. Staff was very unprofessional stuck my baby and didn’t get all blood that was needed and thought I was going to let them try again. Staff taped bloody bandage on hand that was stuck with needle. Had to remove it my self clean area and install new bandage. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR BLOOD WORK!!
I usually never go to UH, and every time I visit this organization I see why. The staff are extremely rude. The so-called doctors and nurses are completely unhelpful. I went in for a gynecological issue and upon my visit, the nurse basically asked me why I was there, even though I already outlined the purpose and reason for my visit prior to visiting her office. Additionally, she mentioned to me my previous doctors visit, but due to personal, things going on in my life I was unable to even go to any doctors appointment And g... read more
