This is the most unorganized home health care provider I have ever dealt with. First it took 6 days after surgery to even get someone to my home. Issues off and on since. Now called because nobody called me for an appointment tomorrow and the supervisor informed me it was canceled and my schedule had changed without notifying me. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!
Worst service I’ve ever seen from medical professionals!! Nurse never shows up state they will come 3 days a week and only come 1 day a week and refuses to do treatments or provide any type of teaching or care to the patient! Bill your insurance and provide no help at all!!
This Facility is amazing. Every staff member always has a smile for you, and the site is beautiful. You can't get a more peaceful setting for recovery. I highly recommend them!
The PT and OT have been professional and kind. I just don't think though that home health does much for someone who needs the therapy. The nurse came the first two weeks in a row but quickly changed it to every other week. Not overly impressed and this may be due to home health care in general and just not this company. Just don't have high expectations.
Lisa Desjardins was the most unethical person I have every dealt with, I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism when speaking with her. I would highly recommend you avoid her at all cost.
