Should really be 0 stars. Truly worst experience I have had in a very long time. First, front desk staff are incredibly rude, act disinterested and are completely unknowledgeable of what is going on and Dr. Ajay Kumar's nursing staff are somehow worse. I came in with standard cold symptoms, so the nursing staff, who acted attitudey the entire time as if I was inconveniencing her with my presence at her job, aggressively ordered me onto the scale, then had me sit in the chair and incorrectly took my blood pressure (had my arm... read more
Dr. Coutinho is extremely rude and terrible to deal with. Will find a new pediatrician, even though location is great.
Just had my best experience in the blood lab today. Laurie or Laura was fabulous. Very friendly, and professional. She took my blood without a pinch! A++.
Absolutely horrible. My mother has been asking for a refill on one of her meds over and over again, and our pharmacy has asked twice now. The doctor and staff are just shuffling you through here. These are the bottom-of-the-barrel medical employees. Do better all the way around. People shouldn't have to beg over and over again just to get their medications. It's frustrating let alone patronizing your elderly clients.
Some of them are nice but don’t bother going here. They’ll give you all kinds of run arounds. Waste your time, and you still won’t feel any better. Oh and also they’re out of the office from 11:30-130. ALL OF THEM. Not a single person who can help with ANYTHING during that time. Definitely changing my primary care away from this UH.
