Have had the same doctor from this office not only argue with me about a medication I was prescribed from a former physician and transferred to here but also cancel my appointment the week of 3 times in a row would not recommend the UH health system or this facility

Should really be 0 stars. Truly worst experience I have had in a very long time. First, front desk staff are incredibly rude, act disinterested and are completely unknowledgeable of what is going on and Dr. Ajay Kumar's nursing staff are somehow worse. I came in with standard cold symptoms, so the nursing staff, who acted attitudey the entire time as if I was inconveniencing her with my presence at her job, aggressively ordered me onto the scale, then had me sit in the chair and incorrectly took my blood pressure (had my arm... read more
Dr. Coutinho is extremely rude and terrible to deal with. Will find a new pediatrician, even though location is great.
Just had my best experience in the blood lab today. Laurie or Laura was fabulous. Very friendly, and professional. She took my blood without a pinch! A++.
