RecommendedMy name is Jeff Svoboda I was a patient at this location from December 2nd til December 11th. I just like to say how nice the nurses as well as both my therapy staff Karl and Katie were in helping me get to a point were I feel confident and ready to take my issues of walking to the next level. I would recommend UH Avon Rehab Hospital to anyone needing this type of care and therapy. They have an excellent therapy and nursing staff, is a super clean facility, and actually have great food!

I’m being treated very well. Everyone is so nice! My room is kept very clean. I’m glad I chose to come here.
