Love Dr Duncan!! Amazing dr really cares about her patients and it great with my children!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!! We drive 40 mins just to have her as our dr!!!!
I have a serious problem with this office, staff is rude, hold time is ridiculous, and I'm constantly talked to like I'm a nuisance or stupid. Whenever I return a call no one knows why Im calling back, I've been left rude voice mails and I will see the doctor who tells me to call in 2 weeks to discuss and then the staff tries to tell me I need to schedule an appointment. There is a lack of documentation and communication going on in this office. Not to mention I've called multiple times and have been on hold for 10+ minutes ... read more
