After telling off two phlebotomist named Sierra and Lillian this grandma was very upset. Yes I spoke to the manager Debra Serna who was very apologetic and understood my frustration. I knew right then and there they would not be poking my grandson again. I know when someone knows how to do their job. These two young ladies looked at both arms and then decided on one. I knew they were not positive they were gonna be able to draw blood. One seemed very nervous and the other seemed worried. Sure enough they poke my grandson lea... read more

Is it protocol to put a 69 yo woman that comes in with chest pains, ekg, bloodwork and keep her in the lobby for 5 hours waiting on a chest X-ray? Won’t be coming to this ER again. Be warned don’t stop at this place unless your bleeding out!!!!!

Always hated it for myself...took my bf(his choice) for a broken hand ,and after being drugged up,the idiots let him walk out into the parking lot barely awake and able to walk. Then they want to call me that he forgot his cup,but they couldn't call me to get him or that they were gonna wheel him down. Only 1 star because I have to pick one

How can medical staff in the ER waiting area be so uncompassionate!!?? My son who was in pain waited today since 7:00am and decided to leave at 4:00pm. Was told that the rooms were still being occupied. While sitting there waiting with him, I saw at least 5 patients that could no longer wait and decided to leave. How awful to be treated this way!! I guess you have to be bleeding to death or practically dying to be seen! And this is supposed to be called the ER!!???

I have been suffering in pain for so long. My husband and I went to University hospital mostly because he convinced me it would be a great hospital. This was so far from the truth. I was admitted and stayed in the hospital for over 2 weeks with rigorous testing they came up with numerous complications regarding the pancreatic ducts.. I'm unable to eat, vomiting constantly and in such severe pain that I have literally burned hokes in my skin with cold packs and heating pads just keep the inside pain down. After finding these ... read more
