they have great doctors but the nurses are not good

I've never seen so much confusion about who's who (patients) in the back. It was beyond ridiculous. So bad it turned into a running joke between my wife and I. And than just waiting for discharge papers, took almost an hour. Very disappointing, especially for a teaching hospital. (former EMT)
The doctors are caring and compassionate and do their best to take care of their patients and go above and beyond. The nurse take awesome care of you and your family. Everyone involved in my husbands care have been awesome.
This was the worst experience of my life.i was treated worse than a dog at a vets visit.they also asked me if i shot up,iam like are you serious,if i was high i would have probably not felt the Sevier back pain i was in.i just walked out of this crazy ass FACILITY.
I have to give it a 5! The nurse at the Heart Cath area treated my mom with the most excellent care,great attitude, and personality. She built a great rapport and showed ginuine concern. Thanks Samantha from Tennessee you are a superstar in my book
Mom's care this time was extremely outstanding! Thanks to all of the nurses and CNA's that attended to her! So many things have changed at this hospital. This hospital stay changed my option to a positive. Thank You!
