The help and care I received was great the staff was very professional personnel working at the trauma center went above and beyond to care for you. For me it's the best and let me give my thanks to everyone y'all were great.

I'm usually a very patient person and give everyone a chance but last night at the ER was just the worst experience ever. Even with my grandmother being airlifted there the way the nurse carried herself and acted as if nothing was wrong just really upset me. Every single one of the staff members that walked into that room seemed clueless as to what they were doing.
