I have horrible anxiety and had to go for a bone scan. I wish I'd have gotten the technicians name. He was amazing! He explained everything very clearly and took his time. Was very patient and pleasant. This could have gone a lot differently if he hadn't been who he was. Everyone else was very pleasant and accommodating as well.
Still some long wait times in emergency. Otherwise great. Had to revise my review after having the worst ER experience in my life with them a couple months ago. The ER staff has absolutely no idea how to handle a mental health crisis. They would much rather hide you in isolation and escalate an already bad situation. After four hours of mental abuse I left and will NEVER return to this awful place. The RCMP members who drove me to the hospital were far more compassionate and kind. my dad was brought in by ambulance today for the second time in about a week for extreme weakness and was ignored in the waiting room for 7 hours till he was so exhausted he wanted to go home at 1 o'clock in the morning they said they had other priorities
