I made an appointment as a new patient and I came today at clinic to check in the front desk told me we don’t except new patient!!!! The same person called me the day before appointment to confirm my appointments and I told her I am a new patient. Now what she said I can’t get into my appointment. Why may be I am not White patient!!!!!! I feel sorry for this time of year and century still there is people who hate of non White peoples . I will never go to any of these UH clinics again I lost my trust.
I rate any lower I wish I could they said they were instant test and I came in here and they are out of instant test for covid.
