If there was NEGATIVE STARS THEY WOULD GET NEGATIVE STARS. I ASKED FOR WATER 6 TIMES. and got ignored. I went in the ER in excruciating pain and left the same. NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU WHAT SO EVER.
The nurses on the floor are caring,professional and understanding to my needs. I was on the Stedman unit recently for 5 days.. They are the best
I had another terrible experience with UH Cleveland about 7 months ago. My 19 year old son was shot while walking down the street. He was rushed to UH screaming uncontrollably in pain. I knew this because a nurse from Cleveland Clinic told me he was going to be rushed to UH because he was shot and needed a trauma center. I could hear my son screaming in the background. I've had numerous visits, testing, and surgeries, for my Epilepsy. They are kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and do everything possible to treat you in every way possible. Would recommend them to anyone
