Friendly staff, clean environment.
I am giving University Hospital as a whole a 5 rating. This hospital is by far better than Metro Health. They are more caring and understanding, they are more considerate when you are having an issue. They are massive in reference to size and amount of facilities. Now you may have some people whom are having bad days themselves but that’s the price of people being people. I highly recommend this hospital and Cleveland Clinic over Metro everyday.
The best hospital I have been to for my non ischemic cardiomyopathy. Very good Doctors and Nurses and staff. The food is pretty good also.
I was taken by ambulance from Southwest General Hospital over to University Hospital Main Campus..this was my first time being there and admitted; I was rushed over due to high blood pressure at 32 weeks pregnant and etc..well I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. The nurses on the fifth floor for high risk pregnancy were nice & attentive but there was someone else blood under the toilet seat in the bathroom in my room but when I got to the fourth floor after an emergency c section ugh!
