My Dad had a heart valve replacement Friday morning (November 14th) by an amazing surgeon. Everything went okay, his ICU care was wonderful, but they decided to keep him overnight for monitoring. So they moved him up and admitted him, he was supposed to come home Saturday, the 15th. Flash forward to today, Sunday the 16th. He was to be released this morning. Michelle, the receptionist on CMCLT 9th floor is absolutely fabulous! She is a true example of what great customer service is. From her communication, to her follow up everything was flawless start to finish. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I hope she gets recognition from this review
Everything with surgery went smoothly and excellent staff. At the cath lab the nurse attending my husband did not have the work ethics of the other staff. She was either on her phone or computer and totally ignored him or provided any care. We were very disappointed in that area only.
I have been waiting in the ER for over 8 hours, and it’s been almost 3 hours since my MRI was completed. Still no update, no doctor has come to explain the results, and no one is communicating what is happening. It’s extremely stressful to be left waiting this long without information—especially after a medical test like an MRI. Patients deserve timely updates and better care. Very disappointing experience.writing this review while i am here and not sure how long I need wait
With 5 weeks of pregnancy and heavy bleeding non-stop with rough tissues and abdominal pain, I went to the ER with my husband, the staff was not bad but they did sent me home with non-stop bleeding I asked my husband what was the reason for coming here then? The Obgyns were on the edge to put a shot on me that was not necessary, they said they were not sure of what was going on with me, so they sent me home with Tylenol but heavy bleeding and abdominal pain, I asked them desperately if there’s anything to stop the heavy blee... read more
