Not impressed. Drs take forever to answer questions, very poor pain management care. They either dont care or dont understand basic pain management. The ER doctors and nurses were great, the issues came after admission. Was stuck in ER room on stretcher the entire stay. Don't think I'll be returning.
Dr. Mullens was arrogant and showed no compassion. My mother was taken by ambulance to UC and me and my siblings were not happy. When we arrived my mother who was brought in for a fall was left sitting in a chair alone where she could have fallen again. I was happy my mother didn’t have to be admitted!
Man I have been waiting for someone to come see me and its been going on 3+ hours now that I have been sitting in the lobby. If yall every get hurt go somewhere else not here or you will be waiting longer than me
I arrived at the emergency room at 4:56 on Saturday, August 30 to visit a friend who was not in good condition. When we walked through the entry and was greeted by the security officer, I had never been greeted so rudely in my life. I felt like I was walking into a state penitentiary instead of a hospital, where people were supposed to have compassion. The Afro-American female attendant was so rude.
