I arrived at the emergency room at 4:56 on Saturday, August 30 to visit a friend who was not in good condition. When we walked through the entry and was greeted by the security officer, I had never been greeted so rudely in my life. I felt like I was walking into a state penitentiary instead of a hospital, where people were supposed to have compassion. The Afro-American female attendant was so rude. My father just had heart surgery. We went to the ER and we waited from 8:00 pm until 1:30 in the morning. He was never seen nor taken in the back. This isn’t medical care it’s a joke. Plan on waiting 8 hours or more for an Emergency visit. The man next to us had been there 9 1/2 hours with a GI bleed. He was still waiting too
I was there a couple weeks ago and they were awesome put me through hell but was determind to find the problem then sent me to Cincinnati reabilation center in blue ash and they helped more than hospital but i work for a family business and was worried about it and left too soon ended up falling again and tore arm up and head so went back to uc in hopes of going back to reabilation but didnt go that way i have MS and other problems but doctor on duty sat night only seen once adter all night no mefs he discharged me with a 18... read more
Terrible experience beginning to end. That one elderly doctor who couldn’t hear real and I kept having to repeat myself with was extremely frustrating to deal with, he really needs to retire if he hasn’t by now. Overall the place is gloomy and depressing in nature. A man kicked in my door at three in the morning while having some kind of mental episode which was a terrifying experience.
