My family member had a nurse named NIA in the emergency room went in for high BP & instead of giving BP medication to lower his BP he was given a shot for pain with bp reading as high as 190/100+ you’d think they would be smart enough to give the BP med before pain med (NOT). this “nurse” NIA WAS DISGUSTING, no bedside manners, no compassion, & it seemed as though she was afraid to even touch the patient! This place is a joke. Go literally anywhere else and you’ll receive better care.
Er review Only thing they do well is send you a bill and put you through a metal detector. Sit in a little area with everyone coughing for the doctor to do a 1 minute haphazard exam after 2 hours. Totally unprofessional. They cannot even do a proper covid test. Better off using a remote visit on your phone.
Go to another emergency room. Horrible!! The ENT clinic is horrible.
