Whole bunch of people standing around doing nothing besides wasting my time. Had an appointment. Nobody cared. Won't be back.
Looking at the other reviews, I do not understand why Blood Donor Services doesn't have a higher rating. My wife and I donate every eight weeks, and we have been doing this for the last two years and have nothing but good things to say about Blood Donor Services and their staff members. Registration has never been a problem. I can only think of one time that it was difficult to get them to answer the phone. Inconsistent on their requirements. About 3 years of coming here then last 2 visits they won't take my O- donation. Doesn't make sense when Ive had no issues at all for years. Go find a south tx blood donation center to go to instead, these people will just waist your time.
They're always great. Also great feeling donating to a children's trauma center!
