It would be nicer if people were actually sitting at the front desk in the lobby when I walk in. 50% it's empty. Plus they wouldn't allow me to update a members emergency contact person info. Really bogus. Could've ended in a deadly situation because of that.
I found this facility to be wonderful. The staff and nurses were very kind and considerate. Dr. Ericson was very thorough and compassionate.. i would highly recommend the doctor to my friends and family.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOSPITAL EVER AGAIN! I WAS DENIED A MEDICATION I NEED EVERY PER MY DOCTOR! NO REASONJUST NO,CAN'T HAVE IT! PER A NURSE,GIBBONS!
It has always been wonderful to work with this hospital, but today I tried to get a quick appointment and this one employee went above and beyond her position. Jazmine T Did what most people would not do her communication was excellent and she did what she said she was going to do for me to get an appointment ASAP. I cannot praise her enough For the dedication to her position at university hospitals
