ER is understaffed and workers could care less. Shotty work and when the patient get admitted the floor nurses complain about how the patients arrive. Floor aids on off shifts leave patients laying in their feces and lie to patients about not having proper supplies. We will never return, we'll go to Avon or Westlake hospitals.
It would be nicer if people were actually sitting at the front desk in the lobby when I walk in. 50% it's empty. Plus they wouldn't allow me to update a members emergency contact person info. Really bogus. Could've ended in a deadly situation because of that.
I found this facility to be wonderful. The staff and nurses were very kind and considerate. Dr. Ericson was very thorough and compassionate.. i would highly recommend the doctor to my friends and family.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOSPITAL EVER AGAIN! I WAS DENIED A MEDICATION I NEED EVERY PER MY DOCTOR! NO REASONJUST NO,CAN'T HAVE IT! PER A NURSE,GIBBONS!
