It has always been wonderful to work with this hospital, but today I tried to get a quick appointment and this one employee went above and beyond her position. Jazmine T Did what most people would not do her communication was excellent and she did what she said she was going to do for me to get an appointment ASAP. I cannot praise her enough For the dedication to her position at university hospitals
Father is currently at University Hospital in Elyria and it makes me nervous. I don’t believe he’s getting care that he should. He is unable to feed himself. I went in today and the breakfast tray was untouched at the door. I suspect nobody tried to feed him. I was there all afternoon at 1 o’clock I asked when does lunch come around and they said it came around at 11:30 -12 o’clock. I stated that my father never received his. They said oh! I’m sorry. WTH. Can’t be worse than Fairview.
WARNING, UH is trying to force wife into a DNR when she simply wants a "Do Not Intubate" (DNI) order without a "Do Not Resuscitate" (DNR) order, she does not trust them to simply put a tube down her throat. she still wants cpr if needed. I believe the simple fact is they are so busy trying to spend her insurance instead of simply treating her Pneumonia that they know any procedures would be life threatening and they want a DNR order in place to cover what i see as Malpractice. Clearly told them my injury occurred at work and that it was workman's comp claim. Cut to me having to make phone calls etc. bc these morons don't listen.
