It has always been wonderful to work with this hospital, but today I tried to get a quick appointment and this one employee went above and beyond her position. Jazmine T Did what most people would not do her communication was excellent and she did what she said she was going to do for me to get an appointment ASAP. I cannot praise her enough For the dedication to her position at university hospitals
Father is currently at University Hospital in Elyria and it makes me nervous. I don’t believe he’s getting care that he should. He is unable to feed himself. I went in today and the breakfast tray was untouched at the door. I suspect nobody tried to feed him. I was there all afternoon at 1 o’clock I asked when does lunch come around and they said it came around at 11:30 -12 o’clock. I stated that my father never received his. They said oh! I’m sorry. WTH.
