I am a cardiac patient and I only trust Ashland University Hospital Emergency room if I am having any kind of emergency. I had a colonoscopy this morning, and the treatment was fantastic. Everyone including the front desk receptionist (sorry, I can't remember your name), the nurses--Anna, Kim, Chris, and Marsha--and Dr. Sippey were all pleasant and helpful and attentive. The facility was comfortable, and the medication helped to relax me but not completely knock me out so I was able to follow what was happening and ask questions and watch the monitor. I would give a zero star if I could I been different hospitals all over world being combat veteran this one is worse. I thought VA is bad nope. They have beat by long shot. I went with chest pain and went in my left arm and jaw and they did couple blood test and sent me home with reasons unknown. Er Dr didn't even order nothing to help with pain. I said I took nitro before I left to go hospital and it helped some. My blood pressure was 150/101 and was all over place and nothing wrong. Don't waste ur time going they need to b... read more
