I had originally left a good review. Either things have changed, or I just hadn’t had any real issues yet.. I’m not sure. If you take your vehicle in for an issue they will guess at what is wrong and charge you every time they don’t get it right. I told them on my first visit there with the problem that I had an issue with my wastegate . They assured me it wasn’t a wastegate issue, even though everything I had researched said it was. I would rather do 0 stars. Not even 1. Complete crap!!! Took my car in and they charged me $200 to hook it up to a machine and tell them what wrong with it!!!???? $200 no work on it at all!! Just to tell me what’s wrong. Took my car in with the air working great!! Blowing ice cold get my car back and my ac don’t work?? Almost seems like since I didn’t go with them to fix my car they mess with my ac. Something is not right. DO NOT USE HONDA. You will REGRET IT. Go to a small business.
This location is always great on service however there as been a change of ownership or management that has affected the environment as some of the familiar faces are no longer here.
