We loved HH nurse Tori and my moms PT Dominique. After that it went downhill fast. My mom had triple bypass surgery. They reach out an hour before they come which was really difficult to manage while I work full time in another city (we have several dogs that we put up before they come so I need to be there when the come). The 2nd PT guy that came I wasn’t sure he was going to make it up our front steps and was very inappropriate.
