Despite University Hill having two weeks to implement basic repairs and pest management, I moved into a roach and mouse infested home. We are talking about hundreds of roaches and 10s of mice, throughout the house. How they didn't begin roach treatment until July 31st is beyond me, along with how they only treated the kitchen initially. Due to this, my unpacking and settling-in has been completely disrupted. (3 year lease) This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. First off, the houses are in terrible shape. Floors are not even, doorways are crooked, stairs are just thrown together. Speaking of stairs many different individual stairs had cracks right in the middle which made it very dangerous to walk up and down.
