Despite University Hill having two weeks to implement basic repairs and pest management, I moved into a roach and mouse infested home. We are talking about hundreds of roaches and 10s of mice, throughout the house. How they didn't begin roach treatment until July 31st is beyond me, along with how they only treated the kitchen initially. Due to this, my unpacking and settling-in has been completely disrupted. (3 year lease) This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. First off, the houses are in terrible shape. Floors are not even, doorways are crooked, stairs are just thrown together. Speaking of stairs many different individual stairs had cracks right in the middle which made it very dangerous to walk up and down. Would give 0 stars if possible. When being shown the place, they neglected to show me that you had to go outside to get into the basement. They also said there would be snow removal and other lies to get the lease signed and I also watched them neglect to show other people the basement while I was living there and they were showing the place. They also decided to pave the parking lot while we lived there, but for some reason did not pave the whole parking lot and left part of it muddy. I just now received a letter a month af... read more

The landlord supplied coin op W & D is a convenience for our tenants, you may always install and maintain your own W & D. We have two long term tenants in the three family that requested the new paved parking area; when you complained about the small area that was not paved in front of the door, we installed some pavers.
