Maintenance is absolutely garbage. You have to force them and threaten lawsuits to get them to do anything. One of the buildings roofs have been damaged for almost a month plus they didn't even tarp. Or tarpa, or nothing, they're just leaving it so it can rot
not a nice complex !! i was embarrassed to live here !! trash was always everywhere by the dumpster, mattresses by the dumpster not moved for months … neighbor has had an a couch in the back of his truck for over six months that he won’t take to the dump … the security gate hasn’t worked since I moved in … the pool is green during the summer … the lawn is never mowed …
Seems like a really nice place and I absolutely Love my parents apartment
