First, the apartments are beautiful with really no maintence issues. The property is well kept and the views are amazing. Actually being a part of this community, however, is terrible. Was harrassed by my downstairs neighbor and had to move to a new unit, while being made to feel that it was my fault. Maintence has a power trip on residents and talks down to us, I was even belittled by the two older maintainence men for having a flat tire.
