Please don't believe any of these "Five Star" reviews. There are no comments or even a valid person behind them. I have multiple complaints about this property so I will have to split these between various postings. First, I'll start with saying DO NOT LIVE HERE. The rent would be outrageous and NOTHING would be included. You have to pay for everything, meaning even water and sewer! I would like to know how it is logical and appropriate to charge for water by splitting it between all the tenants in the building. I just came home and it sounds like my upstairs neighbors have a dishwasher they left running after they left for work. I DO NOT HAVE A DISHWASHER, but yet I have to split the usage up with them? I also live alone and am hardly ever home. When I was on vacation my water bill went UP instead of going down. I was NOT home for almost 2 weeks.
