I Found My Forever Home I have lived in Providence for almost 30 years and after trying apartments in Central Falls, and off of Hope Street and lofts downtown, I finally settled on University Heights. It’s been eight years and I have been comfortable in so many ways. It is a convenient place and the maintenance is excellent. Robin in the leasing office has always been available to help me and is very personable. In fact, the whole staff is excellent! I would recommend University Heights for anyone.
Warning: After management company claimed damages, that we confirmed are normal wear and tear, we learned other renters had same experience. A primary means for revenue for the property is to find every way to collect fines and keep deposit to paint and have carpet cleaning between each tenent and charge that to previous tenent, an expense that should be property overhead.
