Honestly, I don’t know why this company’s reviews are so high because I’ve had the worst experience with them. They installed a new hvac system about two years ago and within a few weeks it stopped working due to a split in the copper tubing which was leaking Freon inside the closet. Mind you, from the first time the came they mentioned the fact that we had dogs so “make sure you change the filter often”. Ok, we know so we do. Mike and his crew are simply fantastic! I’ve used University for over 20 years and the service has been consistently excellent, fair, professional, courteous, and quick when responding to an emergency! Today Mark came out to an emergency and found the problem quickly, replaced a capacitor with one from his truck and we were back cooling the house down in no time. Highly recommend Mike and his crew!!!!
