So far, I’m very impressed with Mike. He has been forthright about his pricing, friendly, and knowledgeable about what needs to be done, and has a good crew that he works with that do many other things besides heating and air. We are hiring them to be the contractor to handle other things throughout our home, such as flooring, kitchen, remodel, etc. Will update the review after that is done, but they do work well, show up on time and are very helpful.

Honestly, I don’t know why this company’s reviews are so high because I’ve had the worst experience with them. They installed a new hvac system about two years ago and within a few weeks it stopped working due to a split in the copper tubing which was leaking Freon inside the closet. Mind you, from the first time the came they mentioned the fact that we had dogs so “make sure you change the filter often”. Ok, we know so we do.
