There was a surgery scheduling nurse whos name was Alison she had poor customer service lied about your file. Lied to you that she was going to schedule you and states that she was going to give you a call back but never did. Then if you request to speak with a supervisor she hangs up on you. Overall poor service and will be going to a different location.
The bedside manners were above and beyond any hospital I've ever visited. The doctors, nurses, staff are human and caring. Outstanding!!!
