Had an appointment for an elective procedure. I'm their best kind of customer, I want something medically I don't strictly need. The initial appointment went well. Their availability was bad so booked the procedure for 2.5 months out. They would book the time a few days before. Weeks before have a call to go over the day of. Then get a second call a few days after "are you still coming that day." I have had the worst experience with this office. Between very rude staff over the phone to incompetent staff. I don't say incompetent likely. I had a referral sent to this office by mistake by my previous doctor. This office called me to schedule the appointment in July 2025 and set for September 11th 2025. I got confirmed this appointment periodically via text message. Dr. Hadley Wyre & his team are 1st rate. He's been my urology specialist for about 10 years or longer. Takes his time, lots of discussion. His residents & NP (Michele Smith) are courteous, efficient, conscientious & very professional. I just wish the patient portal was better for easier communication.
Gives great attention to patient’s conditions. Good follow up too.
