If you have chronic conditions or are a geriatric patient, you will not get good continuity of care at this office. I have had several doctors whom I have seen usually once and then when I need to schedule another appointment, I'm told my doctor has moved on. I will not be returning to this office and am speaking to my insurance company about it. the
