Amazing, compassionate staff. Their entire anesthesia department was beyond wonderful. They made a highly stressful situation seem very comfortable. My pre-op nurse, Ms. Geri, was so kind. Her warm personality definitely helped me to ease my first time surgery jitters. I barely even felt her place my IV in my hand. My check in time was 7AM and I was in the operating room by 8:30AM. I had an amazing experience with my anesthesiologist, Cheryl, and recovery nurse, Kim. The nurse, Vanessa, in the beginning was not very friendly. She had a poor bedside manner. She tried to start my IV and I ended getting stuck 4 times. She tried to prove a point that she knew my body better than I did. Outside of that one nurse I had an amazing experience. If and when I have the option to have an option Ill use the MARC surgery center again

Very bad experience here for my son Tongetie surgery. They got mess up with the paperwork about my son tonge tie, the doctor came for dental treatment but doesn’t know he came for tounge tie . She convinced me twice for check on his teeth and see if he need any crown. I said I don’t even know today we came for his dental treatment, we have apt for his tonge tie only. Nurses and staff were so helpful and attentive. I had the best experience here There was a wait but they also checked on me as I waited I was definitely taken care of It's where you want to go when you are sick .

I have a complaint. I recently visited this hospital with my father for my mother’s appointment. We were given a referral. We were told that Dr. Lewis Rose would see my mother and help her with her hand and wrist. My mother has a mental disability and is currently being seen for that. Now I thought after this appointment my mother would have some answers but instead my parents came out feeling disappointed and my father felt disrespected.
