This was one of the most disorganized experiences I’ve had. They scheduled my appointment for not only the wrong day, but also the wrong time. To make matters worse, I was there for a PPD test, yet they booked me during a time when the staff who performs those tests wasn’t even available. I had to leave and come back an hour later after their lunch break. Got there 15 minutes early there was no parking so I had to park at polo, called them to let them know my situation. They canceled my appointment and gave me a no show fee.
