This was by far the most unprofessional medical experience I’ve had in my life. I came in with something that is widely accepted as a MEDICAL EMERGENCY and instead of taking me back or helping me schedule an appointment, the secretary instead told me to call the number on a card. I dialed the number, the phone next to her rang for two minutes and she picked it up. I was 4 feet away from her and I had to do my scheduling over the phone. Terrible people and service. Didn't listen to a word I said and dismissed me immediately. Honestly worst experience ever, these people need to be fired. I am a student and I want change. UC, pay attention to your students and give them good healthcare.

Made me wait two hours to talk to a psychiatrist that ended up telling me absolutely nothing helpful and completely wasted my time. Instead of actually trying to find solutions or help me find a therapist that takes my insurance, they just reccomended a double dosage of this antidepressant I had already told them so many times I was not interested in.

I’ve had really positive experiences with Dr. Butcher and with Dr. Pham, and the pharmacy is fast at filling my medication while I’m there. I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how efficient the scheduling and treatment has been!
