This place is HORRIBLE! I do not recommend. I had a consultation in July of 2025 to have on file in order to get my wisdom teeth removed. They stated that we’d recieve a call back within a month to discuss scheduling and insurance protocol, the usual procedure. No call back in that month. My mom called them TWICE within that timeframe and no answer. My consultation almost expired after 6 months, which I found out from my normal dentist. Just left yesterday and left every bit of good ! I mean of course I’m pain I had wisdom teeth removed but overall experience was good, and I left comfortable . I was in and out . The people who took care of me definitely need a raise.
I had an extremely bad experience at this oral surgery clinic and would strongly advise others to stay away. I went in for a routine wisdom teeth removal, but the surgeon had complications extracting two of them and had to call in another surgeon. The second surgeon used excessive force, and the pain was unbearable. During the procedure, they cracked the healthy tooth in front of my wisdom tooth, which later turned into a cavity that required additional dental work. If I could give no stars I would. If you or a loved one has any sort of ptsd or other disability and want a place that can offer supportive and positive care this is Not the place. When a patient states they have bad anxiety and are visible shaking that is not the time to keep pushing them or threaten them.
