I’m sure many people have had great experiences, but, respectfully, this is from my own personal experience: They are pretty nice but have zero sense of urgency. They do not take into account that people have lives that are impacted by digestive disease. I’ve never actually had someone answer my phone calls, I always have to leave a voicemail.
