The office and check in process was pleasant but Dr. Fink was horrible. Rude, dismissive and unhelpful. For the 5 mins he was in the room he seemed disgusted with having to speak to or deal with a patient. I couldn’t even get out my concerns because he spoke at me and interrupted any answer I tried to give. A terrible experience.
The doctors are great, but the billing department is awful. They have billed the wrong insurance TWICE now, and whoever is on the phone is very rude. Time to find another dermatology office.
The doctors, staff and offices are fine. The billing department is atrocious. I went to my first visit in March and I am still fighting with billing about a missing payment that was paid months ago. Each time I call they guarantee me it will be taken care of yet I still continue to get bills.
I love Dr Kristin Fink and Felicia! Do you want a Dr and office environment that makes you feel so comfortable and safe? I highly recommend them for your dermatology needs.
