Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve had at a doctors office in my life. From the moment I opened the door, I was very kindly greeted by the receptionist (I really wish I would have gotten her name but she sat on the left and she had a pink keyboard!- she was so great at her job! Good nurse
I first went downtown and found a receptionist that could not enter my information correctly and told me I had no insurance. I was told I would be reimbursed the Uber ride of $38. That never happen either. So I get sent to independece he slices me open it swells up its hot. The medication he gave me I have thrown up on for 5 days. I can't get a cold pack to last more that 30 minutes on the area it thaws from the heat of the wound intentional given to me fast.i am in a lot of pain. Everyone at the dermatology clinic was wonderful! The front end and the back end work very well together. I was very Impressed with Dr. Sampath knowledge, and Informative responses. Medical assistant Tiffany was great big smile. Nurse Samantha was great as well, and had great advice.
In my appointment (20 min wait in waiting room, 20 min wait sitting alone in the room, 10 min appointment with the actual doctor), the dermatologist basically just told me to use Vaseline for my skin issues. $500 bill.
