Everyone was so pleasant. We were in and out within 30 minutes.
What a terrible experience. First I was waiting in the room alone for .20 minutes and I could here the doctor and nurses discussing their vacations and the best restaurants to go to, all while I am sitting in the room. Then the guy cones in and literally rushes through a 5 min appointment. He had little care or empathy. He literally just was like “ok what else. What else what else”. Initially I wasn’t hesitant about going to a place like University Health and it showed. Never again
Johnathan with Dermatology scheduling was wonderful. Excellent customer service, professionalism and attentiveness - an often overlooked, but impactful first impression, denoting care for patients is at the forefront of this clinic.
Really sad that a provider who specializes in skin pigmentation won't see a patient because of their age.
Dr. Rajpara and staff are great! He listens, is kind, patient, thorough and cares. University Health Dermatology is professional, organized, clean, they treat their patients with respect, the parking is easily accessible and great location. If you’re looking for a quality dermatologist in Kansas City, Missouri, this is the place. You will thank me later! 🌆
