I can’t wait to never see uhc again. The wait time is more than 4 hours mainly for the high risk clinic. I have seen so many “ doctors” & or residents ( I’m not sure who they all are) in the 2 months that I’ve been coming here. I would be overjoyed at the fact that there’s a “TEAM” of them handling my care if they were WORKING TOGETHER. They don’t seem to Correlate with each other very well & they don’t listen to me all that well either. I had an prenatal appointment at the Obyn there 12/20/2018 and they asked me to arrive 15 minutes early.. .. I arrived 25 minutes earlier than my appointment it took them 1 hour to call me to the Window to check me in and then another 30 before I saw a doctor in the back.... already not a fan of the clinic because of how crowded and slow it always is but I dealt with it... now I suffer from hyperemesis gravidarum and they were suppose to give me an prescription for soften and vitamin b6... it’s been a week since my appt and ... read more

They helped me all through my pregnancy and they dont make yu feel judged or pressure d i would go back if i had another bby

You wait way past your appointment time up to 2 and 1/2 hours. The doctors seem unavailable so scheduling an appointment is up to 3 months wait but the office is never crowded. The doctors don't give you your lab results in a timely matter, nothing is urgent. If anything is wrong in your lab results they don't even call to explain and you can't call them because they're "unavailable" so you have to schedule an appointment and pay for it of course just so they can tell you the next step of care in which you'll have to make mo... read more
