My experience with this counseling center was deeply disappointing and, at times, harmful. When I started with them, I was recently unemployed and on Medicaid for the first time—a very vulnerable period in my life. I sought out this clinic hoping for professional support. I quickly learned it’s primarily a training ground for student counselors, but decided to continue, hoping to still benefit. I signed my daughter up for therapy and the counselor got assigned- name is Kylie Chapman. She is super boring, can't read the room, not personable at all and she hotlined me after asking me a question that in my opinion did not need to be hotlined. She also then told me the next time the policies of having a service dog. There is a 60 question survey you must fill out prior to each appointment and since I didn't fill it out before arrival, she did not even let us come back to the room to start feeling it out while she talke... read more

At the beginning, everything seemed to be fine. Then, I had an appointment and no one called me out of the waiting room. A man came through to lock the door, saw me sitting there and told me to leave as they were closed! I asked about my appointment and he told me I didn't show up. Incredulous. I'm sitting right there!
